The master bedroom has a king sized bed, smart TV, full closet space and adjoining full bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, full closet space and adjoining full bathroom. Lovely and fully equipped kitchen and living room with views of the water and marina. The apartment also has a private washer and dryer for guest use. Living room has a sectional with 2 chairs. Perfect location with a grocery store next door. Shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Take the elevator down and 1 min later you’re at the beach!!!!
Other Details to Note
You will be allowed to check yourself in at your convenience using the smart lock. The building has 24 hour security and you’ll need to stop in and fill out and agree to the guest code of conduct.

North Hotel Zone near Gallerias Vallarta, Marina, Casino Life and Walmart all within walking distance. Lots of shops and restaurants near by. Book all your excursions with Humberto & Jorge in the same building! Everything is super easy and close by. The best street tacos are right out front too.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the unit and all the amenities including the shared roof top pool and jacuzzi. You can book all your excursions in the same building right downstairs.
Location
Guests have a dedicated underground parking spot. There is also off street parking if you have multiple vehicles. UBER in Puerto Vallarta is super easy. Parking space 11 on the second floor and the key for the car elevator is in the unit.
